Generalist role supports cross-functional execution across product ops, customer ops, operations, and analytics in a distributed team.

What You’ll Do

- Own cross-functional execution across product ops, customer ops, and internal tooling to keep priorities moving.
- Turn ambiguous goals into structured plans, milestones, and measurable KPIs (activation, retention, revenue, support SLAs).
- Coordinate launches and operational readiness: documentation, runbooks, enablement, and feedback loops.
- Analyze funnel and operational metrics; build lightweight dashboards and recurring reporting for leadership.
- Improve systems and processes (SOPs, QA checks, handoffs) to reduce cycle time and increase reliability.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and success teams to remove blockers and ensure on-time delivery.

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years in startup operations, program/project management, product ops,



or a similar generalist role.
- Solid written communication and comfort working asynchronously in distributed teams.
- Analytical ability to define metrics, interpret trends, and recommend pragmatic improvements.
- Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, and scalable workflows.
- Comfort switching contexts quickly while maintaining quality and prioritization.

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting early-stage teams (Seed to Series C).
- Familiarity with Notion/Confluence, Jira/Linear, HubSpot/Salesforce, Zendesk/Intercom, Looker/Metabase.
- Basic SQL and spreadsheet modeling for KPI tracking.

Compensation Competitive hourly rate: $30–$50 per hour (base pay). Remote role aligned to candidates based in Canada.
