Key Responsibilities:
Support Fire Dispatch and Suppression Services applications
Design and implement system integrations and updates
Configure CAD response rules and operational parameters




Engage in application lifecycle management and upgrades
Develop documentation and knowledge base content

Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology or related field
4–7 years hands-on experience with business applications
Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and GIS technologies
Experience in public safety or emergency services
Robust analytical and communication skills
