Job Title: Class 1 Driver

Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia

Schedule: 6AM - 2PM

Rate of Pay: $27/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class 1 Driver to join a qualified and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a team-first attitude, and a desire to grow within a secure organization.

Responsibilities:
Perform yard shunting, including moving and spotting trailers at designated dock doors
Safely maneuver trailers within the yard and facility grounds
Hook, unhook, and position trailers as required for operations
Load and unload products when necessary
Follow all safety procedures and site-specific regulations

Requirements:
Valid Class 1 Driver's License
Minimum two (2) years of verifiable Class 1 driving experience in Canada
Prior shunting experience is an asset
Current Driver Abstract (issued within the past 30 days)
Solid reliability, dependability, and teamwork skills
