You will be the face of LOF, creating an exceptional experience for our guests and helping to educate them on everything from fit to style to favourite vacation spots. You're bright, engaging, and can problem-solve on the fly. It's an all-hands-on-deck environment here with our team, so you need to be independent, resourceful, and as efficient as ever as we head into a busy summer season. You are enthusiastic and eager to be a part of a growing, global start-up. #dreamjob (but we may be a bit biased)Core ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Support: To provide high quality, exceptional customer service while adhering to Company service standards & procedures. To create an exceptional, high-quality experience for our guests that exceeds customer service norms. Contribute to the evolution of standard operating procedures and demonstrate alignment with business decisions, creating coherency amongst the team in the level of service provided.To manage all customer communications within our omnichannel from various streams including email and social media. To uphold our ticket efficiency goals,
and continue contributing to their improvement.Ensure all customer communications are responded to within a 12-24 hour window To conduct LOF virtual concierge appointments with a high level of professionalism and helpfulness. These appointments are the hallmark of our customer service offering - you'll need to become a fit expert, and fast. Create a safe, helpful workplace for our customer, aligning with our in-store fit experience as closely as possible.To work directly with the Customer Service Manager on any team initiatives, projects, and process developments.
