Responsibilities:Application & Module Development- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, and UI components aligned to business needs.- Build or enhance core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.Workflow & Automation Engineering- Create and optimize automated workflows, flows, and approval processes.- Implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.Integration Development- Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.Platform Administration & Maintenance- Conduct platform upgrades, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues.Documentation, Testing & Collaboration- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.- Support QA testing and Go‑Live activities.Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills:- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform.- Experience with relational databases.- Experience developing workflows, custom apps, integrations,

This range includes base pay and target variable pay. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We also consider internal equity to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
