Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB. This position oversees day-to-day field and office operations, including scheduling deployments, coordinating installation and maintenance of security towers and camera systems, and ensuring service quality for clients.

The Operations

Manager monitors workflow, manages inventory and equipment readiness, and resolves operational issues in a timely manner. The role includes supervising and supporting team members, implementing and refining operational procedures, and collaborating with sales and technical staff to meet client requirements.

Manager also tracks key performance indicators, ensures compliance with safety standards, and contributes to continuous improvement of operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Operational management and coordination skills, including experience overseeing daily service delivery and field activities.
- Ability to manage scheduling, logistics, and equipment deployment for multiple sites and projects simultaneously.




- Strong leadership and people management skills to supervise, coach, and support team members in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with technology-driven services or security systems, and comfort working with cameras, towers, and monitoring platforms.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external clients.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
- Previous experience in operations, facilities, field services, or a related industry; security or construction sector experience is an asset.
- Proficiency with common office software and basic reporting tools; ability to interpret and act on operational data.
- Ability to work on-site in Edmonton, AB, with flexibility for occasional extended hours or urgent operational needs.
- Post-secondary education in business, operations management, or a related field is an asset; equivalent experience is also valued.
