Outside Sales Representative – Plumbing / HVAC / Hydronics

Location - Kitchener/Waterloo Area

We're seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory across Western Ontario. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional with experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or hydronics industry who enjoys developing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry partners.

- Grow sales within existing accounts while actively prospecting new business.

- Identify customer needs and recommend technical product solutions.

- Promote new products, programs, and value-added services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support and project execution.

- Stay informed on market trends,



competitive activity, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of outside sales experience in plumbing, HVAC, hydronics, or a related technical industry.

- Strong product knowledge in at least two of the following: Plumbing, HVAC, or Hydronics.

- Proven ability to develop business, manage customer relationships, and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
