We are looking for a professional Server and/or Bartender to join our team at a busy upscale Italian restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience serving in upscale dining settings, be proficient in Italian food and wine culture and be able to deliver a memorable guest experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Server Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly manner.
Make food and beverage pairing suggestions
Prepare sections and mise en place.
Take orders
Collect payments from tables.
Navigate and assist with allergies and dietary restrictions.
Assist with training of new staff members
Process incoming reservations using Open Table / Guest Centre application
