Attention to detail: A wash bay team member needs to pay close attention to the details of the cleaning process to ensure proper cleaning.
Strong work ethic: Working in the wash bay can be physically demanding.
Teamwork: Teamwork is essential in the wash bay to get things done thoroughly, efficiently, and effectively.
