Warehouse Associate / Hose Technician

We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Hose Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on hose testing, certification, and hydraulic assembly work with core warehouse operations — inventory management, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate has a robust mechanical aptitude, warehouse distribution experience, and the ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a rapid-paced environment.

Hose/hydraulic experience preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right candidate.

Duties
Perform hose testing and certification
Build new hose assemblies using hydraulic crimp equipment
Operate forklifts (stand-up reach truck preferred) and pallet jacks to load and unload materials
Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking
Process shipping and receiving accurately and efficiently
Maintain warehouse organization to support productive operations
Assist with materials handling, including heavy lifting as needed




Conduct regular equipment inspections and basic mechanical maintenance
Perform occasional deliveries
Follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a protected working setting
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to meet operational goals

Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean abstract required; Class 5 with air brake endorsement preferred
Forklift experience required; stand-up reach truck experience preferred
Ability to consistently lift 50–75 lbs of product that cannot be moved via forklift
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to safely operate heavy machinery
Experience with shipping & receiving processes and materials handling
Experience with warehouse/electronic inventory management systems preferred
Comfortable working in a busy, rapid-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
