Job Requirements

Valid certification as a Registered Early Childhood Educator.

Standard First Aid + CPR- Level C

Valid Police Clearance - Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 months)

Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting.

Strong knowledge of childhood development principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.

Familiarity with behavior management techniques.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to children's well-being.

Prior experience supporting children with diverse needs is a plus.

This vital role involves fostering a positive learning environment for young children in our childcare center, contributing to their growth and development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early childhood learning.

Provide attentive care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Manage classroom activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.

Support children with special needs through tailored activities and interventions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.

Collaborate with team members to enhance educational practices.

Follow all licensing regulations and center policies to ensure compliance.
