Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all kitchen surfaces are clean and sanitized
• Transparent hazards and maintain work area safety
• Use kitchen cleaning equipment responsibly
Requirements:
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• WHMIS and Safe Food Handling Certificates (available upon employment)
• Clean Class 5 BC Driver's License preferred
