In this in office role, reporting to the Weekend Night Shift Machine Shop Supervisor, you’ll utilize your Mill Turn expertise to manage manual set-ups and make critical machine adjustments.

With a focus on quality, you’ll document actions and communicate discrepancies. Your contribution supports continuous improvement initiatives and promotes operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual set-ups using CNC programming language
Maintain tolerances through machine adjustments and inspections




Document discrepancies and create Product Defect Sheets
Work from manufacturing sheets and technical drawings
Support 5S activities and continuous improvement processes Requirements:
High school diploma with 5+ years of Mill Turn experience
Proficient in reading blueprints and operating measuring tools
Experience with renishaw probes and probe cycles
Willingness to train and multi-task in various operations
