Float is scaling its outbound engine and seeks a BDR Manager to lead ISR/SDR/BDR teams. You will own pipeline targets, coach a high-performance team, and implement AI-first workflows from ground up. This is a hands-on, player-coach role focused on building a up-to-date outbound function for Canadian growth.
You will report to the Head of Growth, own the XDR tech stack, and partner with RevOps to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. Hybrid Toronto-based role with in-office days.
