The OpportunityLounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is looking for a Parts Advisor.

We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and wants to deliver exceptional customer service to their customer. We value individuals who take pride in their work, show initiative, and want to be part of a cohesive team.

This position is full-time hours. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

- Provide customer service at the Parts counter
- Answer the phone and reply to emails from customers inquiring about parts.
- Upsell or suggestive sell parts to customers based on their needs
- Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels




- Perform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate on the system

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the automotive industry will be an asset.
- Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills
- Likes helping people
- Good work ethic
- Must have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract
