The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is seeking a Senior Representative, Passenger Care Standards to ensure accessibility and bilingualism across operations, align with the Official Languages Act (OLA) and ATPDR, and engage with internal and external partners. You will lead audits, oversee contracts, develop programs, report on outcomes, and educate staff on language policies and expectations.

This is a unionized Band 7 role with an hourly wage of $44.63 and a 37.5 hour week, offering
