Duties
Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures by restraining animals and preparing necessary supplies
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records efficiently
Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, medication instructions, and preventive health measures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, kennels, and exam rooms to uphold high standards of hygiene
Handle phone inquiries professionally,



answer questions about services, and coordinate appointment scheduling

Qualifications
Animal loving and client service driven
Previous experience working with animals or in a veterinary setting is highly valued
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to evolving clinic needs
