Qualifications

Position Summary

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited university (required)
- Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, Part A, in valuable standing (required)
- Hospital pharmacy residency preferred
- Meditech computer experience an asset
- Previous hospital experience an asset
- Patient centred with attention to details




- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Committed to service excellence and patient safety
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional Affiliations

- Ontario College of Pharmacists (mandatory)
- Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (preferred)
- Ontario Pharmacists’ Association (preferred)
