About Our Pharmacy

- Pharmacists practicing to full scope
- Kroll pharmacy software
- Modernized layout to support clinical care
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive prescription drop-offs and refill requests.
- Enter prescription information accurately into the pharmacy management system.
- Prepare prescription labels and assist with prescription filling under the supervision of the pharmacist.
- Process insurance claims and resolve routine third-party billing issues.
- Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain accurate patient profiles and confidential records.
- Manage inventory, receive orders, stock shelves, and monitor medication expiry dates.
- Keep the pharmacy clean and organized.
- Assist with medication packaging, compliance blister packs, and other pharmacy services.
- Support pharmacists with administrative duties and daily workflow.
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience with Kroll Pharmacy Software is considered an asset.
- Another language considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.




- Professional, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Full-time or Part-time, permanent
- Flexible schedule
- $18-20/hour depending on experience

- Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM -6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30PM-5:00 PM
- Weekends: closed
