Enhance community ties as the Union Engagement Officer at Community Savings Credit Union. Drive member service through strategic relationships and product promotion. In this full time role, you will work under executive direction to manage the relationship portfolio with Labour Organizations.

You'll lead negotiations, monitor portfolio performance, and develop budgets, ensuring alignment with the union’s goals. Your expertise will help facilitate access to credit union products that foster financial well-being within unions. Key Responsibilities:
Strengthen ties with Labour Organizations and their members
Sell and promote the full range of credit union products
Manage overall deposit and loan portfolios effectively




Prepare and manage departmental financial goals
Conduct presentations and training for internal staff Requirements:
Educational background in business with at least two years beyond high school
Seven years of relevant experience in a financial role
Understanding of union principles and client relations
Robust skills in communication and sales presentations
