Health is seeking a qualified Trauma Counsellor to join its dedicated team. This position requires a minimum of two years of direct in-person counselling experience, focusing on creating a secure space for clients. You will engage in both individual and group counselling, applying knowledge of trauma and therapeutic models for effective mental health support. Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic counselling to individuals and groups
Facilitate group counselling sessions effectively
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Complete client assessments, reports, and documentation
Participate in program development and training activities Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in social sciences, graduate preferred
Minimum 2 years in clinical counselling settings
Knowledge of trauma and crisis intervention
Satisfactory background checks required
