Role Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures tailored to transportation operations.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Lead training sessions for staff on safety standards and best practices.
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Promote a culture of safety awareness among all employees.




Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting systems.
Stay updated on current safety regulations affecting the oilfield transportation sector.

Role Requirements
Transportation Safety : 3 years (preferred)
Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred)
Proven experience in transportation safety management or a similar role within the oil & gas or transportation industry.
Solid knowledge of safety regulations applicable to oilfield hauling and transportation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to conduct thorough safety audits and training sessions.
Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., CSO, NEBOSH) is preferred.
Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Ability to foster a proactive safety culture.
