The selected candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain food quality and safety standards, and optimize overall efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Team Management:Supervise, train, and guide staff.Schedule shifts to ensure smooth operations.Provide guidance and performance feedback.Customer Service Excellence:Ensure prompt and friendly service.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.Food Quality and Safety:Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation.Enforce food safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.Operational Efficiency:Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.Training and Development:Provide comprehensive training for employees.Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.Administrative Duties:Prepare and maintain reports,
