Reporting to the General Manager of Joffre Nitrogen Operations, you will align training programs with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability while enhancing workforce capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical training program development across Canadian Nitrogen sites
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training priorities
Mentor the Canadian Nitrogen training team




Ensure training materials comply with regulations and corporate guidelines
Manage the apprenticeship training program and budget Requirements:
Post-secondary education in adult education preferred
10+ years industrial experience with 3+ years supervisory
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in communication and Microsoft Suite
Experience with LMS and computer-based training programs Guide Nutrien’s training efforts to enhance operational excellence and workforce effectiveness.
