We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join a well-established community pharmacy located in a confidential location west of Kitchener, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a stable management position in a community-focused pharmacy with a manageable prescription volume and strong support from a pharmacy assistant.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

- Managing daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and safely
- Providing medication counselling and clinical support to patients
- Supervising and supporting pharmacy staff
- Working closely with the pharmacy assistant to maintain an efficient workflow
- Managing inventory and medication ordering
- Ensuring compliance with Ontario pharmacy regulations and professional standards
- Building strong relationships with patients and the local community
- Administering influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the pharmacy

Requirements





- Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario
- Previous community pharmacy experience
- Pharmacy management or leadership experience is an asset
- Injection certification with the ability to administer Flu and COVID-19 vaccines
- Strong knowledge of Ontario pharmacy standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while leading a pharmacy team

Benefits

- CAD $114,400–$124,800 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
- Competitive CAD $55–$60/hour compensation range

- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
