We are seeking a professional and organized Physiotherapy Receptionist to join our healthcare team. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and experience in medical office environments. The Physiotherapy Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations to support the delivery of quality patient care.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling using Universal system
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
- Collect payments and process billing in accordance with office protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits and treatment details
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient flow and communication




- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence

Skills

- Prior experience with Universal system is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting, particularly as a front desk or receptionist
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Qualified appearance and friendly demeanor to create a positive patient experience

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
