Role: Platform Architect

Location: Canada- Remote

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on ServiceNow platform and solution architecture
- Define platform roadmaps and adoption strategies
- Guide data and integration architecture
- Improve platform health, performance, security and upgradeability
- Identify and manage technical risks and technical debt
- Advise on Now Assist and AI Agents adoption
- Establish technical governance and best practices
- Engage with customers, technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Drive long-term platform value and successful adoption
