Responsibilities
Safely operate tow trucks and recovery equipment to assist disabled vehicles.
Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine the best recovery approach
Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during operations

Requirements




Valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements for towing operations
Experience operating forklifts or similar heavy machinery is a plus
Strong customer service skills to handle diverse situations with professionalism and courtesy
Knowledge of safety procedures.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks effectively
Prior experience.
