Responsibilities
Perform tire inspections to identify damage, wear, and proper inflation levels
Mount, dismount, balance, and replace tires using hand tools and power tools
Conduct wheel alignments and basic vehicle maintenance as needed
Assist customers by explaining tire options and recommending suitable solutions
Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use




Support sales efforts by promoting tire packages and maintenance services to customers

Requirements
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and tire technology required
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment necessary
Ability to lift heavy tires repeatedly throughout the shift safely
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude
Experience with sales or upselling automotive products is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
