Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Passenger Service Agent in Canada. You will assist travelers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage handling, ensuring safety and exceptional customer service at every step of the journey.

You will process tickets, refunds, and baggage, provide travel information, and coordinate with ground staff. Prior airline experience is a plus, and strong communication and time management are essential in a quick-paced, customer-facing role.
