Coulson Aviation seeks an experienced IT Support Technician for our Port Alberni location. This full-time onsite role encompasses technical support, network administration, and cybersecurity initiatives across varied environments.
As part of our growing IT team, you will engage in critical tasks supporting infrastructure projects and user access within our agile workspaces. Your expertise in troubleshooting, network management, and enterprise systems will contribute directly to our firefighting operations worldwide, enhancing community protections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and operating systems
• Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 applications and user authentication




• Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune
• Install and document Cat6 structured cabling
• Maintain enterprise wireless infrastructure and support upgrades
Requirements:
• Diploma in IT, Computer Systems, or Network Administration
• 3 years hands-on IT support experience
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID environment
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's licence and ability to lift 50 lbs
