Senior Site Supervisor Job summary: The Senior Site Supervisor’s job is to oversee each project from conception to the finished structure, interfacing with both construction professionals and the shareholder’s representative. You must be willing to travel to neighbouring cities to work on job sites, so reliable transportation is a must. Location: New Brunswick – Greater Moncton Area Job Type: Full time ● Monday to Friday ● Hours may vary as per construction peek times ● May have to work on weekend Wage Range: $80 000 to $95 000 Reports to: Project Manager Responsibilities: ● Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations. ● Coordinate the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance. ● Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables. ● Negotiate agreement terms with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, manage construction contract drafts, and obtain permits to analyze and mitigate risks.



● Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met. ● Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget. ● Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer’s requirements. ● Resolve complex construction issues throughout the full cycle of a development project. ● Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors. ● Hire and manage site supervisors to run specific project sites smoothly and efficiently.
