Responsibilities
Remove and install tires using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and safety standards
Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper tread depth; recommend replacements or repairs as needed
Perform wheel alignments, balancing, and other basic maintenance tasks to optimize vehicle performance
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance procedures, and answering questions with a friendly attitude
Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle tires and wheels during installation or removal
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency




Conduct routine inspections of tire inventory and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment

Experience
Dealership experience or automotive repair background highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, tire components, and basic maintenance procedures
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
Solid customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installation or replacement tasks
Previous experience in automotive sales or maintenance is a plus but not required
