Duties
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently and accurately using hand tools and power tools.
Conduct thorough inspections of tires and wheels to identify damage or wear that requires attention.
Perform wheel alignments and perform routine maintenance on tire-related components.
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance procedures, and answering questions to enhance their experience.
Heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely to ensure proper installation and removal.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
Keep detailed records of services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers and team members.
Qualifications
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems related to tires and wheels.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for tire service.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installation or removal.
Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures is a plus.
Basic sales skills to recommend appropriate products or services when needed.
