Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform tire services, routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic inspections, ensuring customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive repair and maintenance to develop their skills.

Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
Replace filters, fluids, and other routine maintenance parts, as well as Multiple types of tire services using hand tools and power tools
Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper disposal of used materials
Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions




Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or products when appropriate

Requirements
Basic knowledge of automotive systems/Eagerness to expand one’s knowledge of said systems
Comfortable with Sales
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds)
Excellent customer service skills with a qualified attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable transport to the workplace

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
