Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
Be the go-to leader for your planting crew
Keep operations running smoothly and safely
Support planters with logistics, morale, and problem-solving
Take pride in the success of your team and the trees you help plant

As a Crew Leader, you’ll play a key role in the success of our tree planting operations. Your responsibilities will include:




Leading a crew of 10–14 tree planters with energy, focus, and accountability
Promoting and enforcing safety standards to ensure a safe work environment at all times
Maintaining high planting quality through regular coaching and follow-up with planters
Managing daily job site operations, including logistics, troubleshooting, and crew coordination
Driving productivity by motivating your team to meet or exceed daily production targets

Qualifications

You’ll be a great fit if you have:
A clean driver’s abstract – you’ll be trusted to operate crew vehicles safely
The ability to obtain a class 4 license (optional)
Tree planting experience – a robust asset, but not a deal-breaker
The ability to keep up in a rapid-paced, physically demanding workplace
A willingness to work hard outdoors in all conditions—rain or shine
A self-starting attitude with the drive to motivate and lead your team
Strong leadership skills – you know how to guide, support, and inspire others
