Become a key player in public health as a Part time Public Health Nurse in the Tri-Cities, BC. Focus on health promotion and disease prevention through community engagement and direct client care. Administer vaccines to promote public health
Investigate and manage communicable disease outbreaks
Facilitate prenatal and family assessments
Provide health education in schools and community settings
Keep accurate records of health services provided Requirements:
Registration as a Registered Nurse in BC
Six months recent experience in public health nursing
Class V BC Driver's License required
Robust knowledge of community health practices
