CBI Health is seeking an Community Occupational Therapist to work within the Traumatic Psychological Injury program in Durham, Ontario. You will conduct in‑home, in‑workplace, and community OT services, focusing on trauma processing and functional return to pre‑accident levels.

The role offers versatile schedule, work from home opportunities, mentorship, supervision, and a signing bonus. Registration with the Ontario College of OT is required, with travel up to 1–1.5 hours radius.
