Lead personnel management and evaluate emergency responses
Participate in developing TBFR’s operational policies
Supervise the maintenance of fire fighting apparatus
Provide Incident Command during crisis situations
Prepare and present reports to Council and committees Requirements:
Degree or diploma in fire service administration
Five years of experience in senior firefighting roles
Community Emergency Management Coordinator (CEMC) certification required
Knowledge of fire safety and prevention standards
