Provide counseling services to patients/residents and support groups
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and keep accurate records




Coordinate interdisciplinary case conferences for effective planning

Develop and deliver training sessions for staff development Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work required
Minimum of one year relevant social work experience
Active registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers
Solid skills in assessment, communication, and teamwork
