Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week is mandatory

Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation programs
- 8+ years managing SAP/ERP implementations or modernization initiatives
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or related finance platforms
- Experience managing programs with $10M+ budgets
- Strong financial governance, PMO, and business transformation experience
- Excellent VP/C-level stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- PMP, PgMP, or Protected certification is an asset
- Experience with global ERP harmonization, M&A; integration, or carve-outs is a plus
Rate:
- CAD $55/hr – Corporation
- CAD $48/hr – T4
