Thrivewell Capital in Vancouver is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify funding prospects for SMBs. It’s a high-volume phone role with 200+ dials per day, in-office five days a week.
Base salary is 40,000 CAD with 10% commission; on-target earnings around 70,000 CAD. No prior sales experience required; training provided. You’ll be on the floor with closers and management, where coaching happens daily.
