As a Technical Lead, you will evaluate client requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and oversee the software architecture using Forgeahead's unique processes. This role requires expertise in both relational and non-relational database technologies as well as cloud-native application development. Key Responsibilities:
Act as technical lead for the Canadian engineering team
Collaborate on product testing and bug identification




Design and implement scalable software architectures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of proprietary solutions
Ensure client compliance with Forgeahead’s standards

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years experience as a technical lead
Proficient in MySQL, MongoDB, and Docker
Robust knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Python
