Job Title: Technical Lead

Hybrid 3 days from client office in downtown ( 5 mins from Union Station )

Looking for a robust Senior Development Lead with 10+ years of overall experience and at least 5+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and coaching team members.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering.
5+ years of technical leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Proven success in modernizing complex enterprise platforms using up-to-date architectural principles and technologies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile software delivery environments.





Technical Expertise Robust hands-on experience with several of the following technologies and practices:
Java and Spring Boot
RESTful API design and development
Event-Driven Architecture and Apache Kafka
Microservices and Distributed Systems
Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
