This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across renewals, documentation, certificates, liability slips, and policy changes. Skills and RequirementsLicensing & EducationActive RIBO license in good standingProven experience managing a team in a commercial lines insurance environmentIn-depth knowledge of commercial lines insurance processes, workflows, and policiesTechnical & Analytical Skills Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop training materials and facilitate engaging training sessionsProficient in insurance software and related tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systemsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills, particularly when handling escalated or complex filesCompensation Range: $80,000 to $120,000 annuallyCompensation is based on a full-time 35-hour work week and will be dependent upon the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
