- Foster positive social interactions, empathy, cooperation, and inclusive behaviour.
- Provide responsive support to individual children, including those with disabilities or additional support needs.
- Assist with documenting children’s learning through observations, children’s words, artwork, and other forms of documentation.

- Communicate respectfully with children, families,

What We Value

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic individual who sees children as capable, curious, creative, and full of potential. The ideal candidate enjoys learning alongside children, asking questions, noticing their interests, and embracing the discoveries that happen through play and exploration.

Experience with the Reggio Emilia approach is an asset, but a willingness to learn, reflect, collaborate, and see children as active participants in their learning is essential.

Join us in creating a preschool community where children’s ideas matter, curiosity is celebrated, and learning grows through relationships, exploration, and wonder.
