Responsibilities
Provide friendly, effective service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Engage with customers to answer questions, offer product recommendations, and promote special offers or recent arrivals
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store functioning
Handle transactions accurately at the cash register while maintaining a positive attitude during busy periods




Support inventory management by receiving shipments and updating stock levels as needed
Uphold safety standards and company policies to create a secure shopping environment for everyone

Requirements
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to assist others
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a lively environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
