Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Server and Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the food industry, providing hands-on experience in both customer service and kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests while assisting in food preparation and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Duties
Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, supporting chefs and kitchen staff as needed
Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety standards and regulations
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations throughout shifts
Support in basic cooking tasks under supervision, including ingredient prep and plating
Restock supplies and ensure all utensils, dishes, and equipment are clean and organized




Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required
Familiarity with food handling, meal preparation, and basic cooking techniques is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards within the food industry is a plus
Robust communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for delivering quality service
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
