This role supports business growth and client-focused communication in a hybrid mode. You will play a key role in the Business Development & Marketing team, collaborating with senior leadership and subject matter experts.

Your expertise will focus on creating tailored proposals emphasizing Buttcon's value across various delivery models, including Construction Management and Design-Build. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate large, multi-stakeholder proposal efforts
Define roles through proposal kick-off meetings
Guide story arcs and ensure persuasive content
Maintain proposal library and elevate content quality
Participate in lessons learned for future pursuits Requirements:
3–5 years of proposal writing experience in AEC
Solid editing, compliance-checking, and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe tools
Familiarity with RFP processes and content management
