This role combines retail management expertise with a heart for our Christian mission. You will guide a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming store workplace for all. Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, mentor, and lead team members and volunteers
Manage cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
Provide excellent customer service and address any issues
Oversee donation management and inventory display
Ensure financial targets align with program support goals Requirements:
3+ years of retail management experience required
Solid financial, organizational, and leadership skills
Commitment to helping individuals in recovery
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
